Good afternoon Radderfire!

From what I can tell from the limited amount of info I have it is a Scott #1249, Perf 11. It looks like it was released on or around August 1, 1964. It is listed as unwatermarked.

Hope that helps some. Since I am new, I imagine there are others on here that can tell you more.

Hi Radderfire, it is also in a select group of only ten stamps that do not have United States printed on them.

cat. lists mnh or used at .20 (common stamp but special in its own right)

Now that is news to me; only ten out of thousands! What a shame that it is not rare as well.
