I know this may sound dumb (Due to 613 being worth about 40 grand), but i'm sorting through about ten of the W.G. Harding Memorial issues and all the stamps are perf. 11 and have the same appearance, except one. All have solid lines for the frame of the stamp, while one has a solid horozontal part of the frame, with finely striped vertical lines. If anyone has any insight on this it would be much appreciated!
Hi Cook(etc), and welcome to the forum. Don gave you an excellent suggestion and I hope you will go there. But another suggestion if I may - please put a high definition scan of the stamp in question in this post. We'd love to see it,
