I bought a large amount of stamps. A large mix of US plate blocks including BOB. In addition more than I can possibly go through of foreign stamps. Plus a lot of miscellaneous stamp items.

Now this one caught my eye.

What do you think? Is this a cool smear or what? Not a large money maker by any means but worth a few cents more than all those red line stamps. NO Im never going to get rich but I like finding these type of stamps.

I would classify as a "post-printing chemical smear by finger". Normal chemical stain would not be in a "zig-zag" motion. This looks like an (finger-painting) attempt to deceive. Sorry.

While it may look fake, it is not.

Would you please post the back side of the smear to see? Thanks.
