Ux14 Wreath Error? Variety? Simple Poor Inking?

Could someone tell me if this example of UX14 with the connecting wreath is an error? a variety? or simply poor inking? Is it of any collectible interest?

I don't know if this is a constant variety or if it is over inked, but it certainty gives Mr. Jefferson a different look. I'd keep it!

It's a minor variety and is due to uneven inking. You can see heavy parts elsewhere including the medallion background, plus what I'm guessing is a dry spot around "OF" rather than a scrape.

No premium really for this. A nice clean card with receiving postmark on the face is always nice to have. For all the hilariously poor quality ebay auction items posted here at SCF, the ebay covers of this vintage are often in pretty sad shape.

UX14 is considered to be an extremely poorly printed. Quality control was lacking in both the printing and in the paper quality.
