The prices of Stamps from the time frame you indicated vary considerably
from one dealer too another.I don't know if you want to buy overseas,but

house and I know one can buy unsold lot's.If you know your stamps well
enough; I would not exclude e bay.it.

I dabble in this area, the OP highlighted a problem; there just do not seem to be many sources for Italy other than auctions or dealers in high end stuff. I wonder how often the ASD updates their site. Two of the dealers under this category appear to be no longer in business, you click on their web link and get 'redirected' to someplace else.

There used to be a dealer in the Detroit area, Frank Coppola, with a good stock of Italy and related areas. I have not seen his ads for the past few years, you might try a search for him.
