Sorry, but don't agree with you. Restaple would have other holes and I examined the stapled area, no other holes.

Could you explain why the covers don't match, is it condition, or type or style of cover?

It wouldn't be that difficult to re insert the new staple into the existing holes.

I just Googled For a picture of this booklet and front and back are the same as this booklet. I don't understand as well, please explain, thank you in advance.

Enlarged image of back cover clearly displays (current) back of staple plus the holes of the original staples
