Larry Lyons' 3 volume work "The Identifier for Carriers, Locals, Fakes, Forgeries and Bogus Posts of the United States" lists this entire issue as "bogus" and prices it at $15 in the 2007 pricing guide as perforated, so yours is likely trimmed down.
