You can try to sell them in smaller lots as sets. Keep the weight of shipment at 2oz to 3oz letter rates so those in the UK will find the shipping to be affordable. Ditch the binder.
Just tell her that having 10 to 20 lots that sell for $2-$5 each is better than one lot in which the shipping overseas is cost prohibitive that doesn't sell at all.
