From top to bottom:
Tosa-Nakamura (= Nakamura, in Kochi prefecture)
Otofuke (in Hokkaido prefecture)
Satte (in Saitama prefecture)

For your further reference, the datestamps are categorized as "Comb type datestamps, C Column with time zone, 24 hour type". The year (the first two digits) are for Showa era, from 1926 to 1989. To convert Showa to AD, add "1925" to Showa (i.e. Showa 44 on the first stamp = 44+1925= AD 1969).
