Is it possible to get this in a downloadable, searchable format (e.g. PDF w/ OCR)? It's very nice, but would be much more useful if searchable (and downloadable, so it can exist where an internet connection does not).

Done. (You may have to 'refresh' the webpage to force your browser to fetch the updated page.) I left the image resolution pretty high so the PDF is about 50MB.
