Hi, my name is Marilyn , I'm new to all forum's in general , so please be patient with me ! I've been collecting for 40+ yrs , I collect USA , bklts , used pnc ! I was wondering if there's a list of stamps that are advised to have expertized ? It seems like I seen one a few years ago .

I am not aware of any list; it depends upon the collector and the intent. For example, if you were wanting to sell higher value stamps on ebay it would probably be worth getting certs. This would be especially true for the more difficult series like the Washington/Franklin coils.

Marilyn ... I remember the late Bill Weiss published a list of items for which he recommended expertization. I recall seeing it on his web site. I believe Don copied some of his material to StampSmarter, so you might want to check that site. If I have time late Thursday, I'll do a quick search for it myself. And welcome to the forum!
