Syria Scott C46-56 was issued between 1931-1933 and is only listed in Scott's as hinged. The Scott value is fairly modest (less than $30) but I wonder how other catalogs may value a MNH set.
What are some values from other catalogs, e.g. Gibbons, Michel, etc?
The catalogues won't quite map, I think. The basic 1930-36 set (20 values) is priced at €53 M in my 2015 Yvert, with an uplift of 15% for UMM. The four 1932-35 values ( the different colours or impressions of the 0.10 - 0.25) are priced at €2, again with an uplift if 15% for UMM. In my experience, these characteristically flimsy issues are more commonly thinned than not!
Geoff. Nothing compares to your numbers in Scott. 11 in the set (1931 to 1934) The next design is 10 giving 21 The overprints (of the first set) give 5 =16
Ah - now I see. Didn't realise that these were air-mail issues - the "C" prefix didn't mean anything to me. Let's try again. Yvert 50-59 (including 50A) @ Euro 25.50, plus 15% for UMM. Apologies for spreading confusion.
