Nice PPC from State of Indiana in Litho. From a series called States of the Union. On the internet it is mentioned is that these were printed in New York, The one shown however has Made in Germany printed on the back. The layout on the back is in English and for the US market.

That's exactly it. Germany was known for its quality lithography at the time so a lot of color work was done there.

Based on the internet comment, wonder if the series was reprinted in the US?
