Thank you Julie, Rene, everyone. I only had 40 free listings for
ebay and I used them all up resisting the stamps at a $1 as you recommended, which is why there are no new listings up.
I have 50 free ones this month, not sure what I will be putting up. None of the stamp buyers are leaving me feedback and I lost money on all of them as I sent them free stamps and packaged them well, even with a handwritten note. I knew I would lose money (gotta spend money to make money in new business), but since they would not recover my old
ebay account from my tropical fish business (well over 1000 sales and a 100% feedback rating, and that's live fish I was shipping all over the World!), I have to start over looking like a new seller. That is scary to a buyer. Was hoping the stamp buyers would leave me some nice feedback, nothing. I wrote to a couple and asked if they liked the stamps and if not let me know, leave feedback, ignored. One buyer bought 3 lot's of stamps and has not paid me, even after I sent an invoice. I don't get it. I have a pile of stamps here photographed and ready to put up, but I am holding off for now until I see what is going on with the people who bought the first batches.
I am going through the jewelry now, starting with the broken pieces. With no feedback, my items are selling cheaply, and I am afraid to put the better stamps, jewelry, etc., up for fear of giving it away. Junk lot's are popular for a myriad of reasons, so I am concentrating on the jewelry now. Will put up more stamps if the buyers pay, leave feedback, something. If not, there is no point in me doing selling some on
ebay.
ebay is nothing like it used to be, it's all changed. Seems harder to get your items in front of buyers. I have the same problem trying to find items too that I am looking for. A learning curve, again, for sure.
