I can see on the rear about half a dozen spots that the pin didn't puncture the paper but still no joy on what the perforated initials are supposed to be, any guesses?

*EDIT* as you can see I forgot to mention that it's one of the super-duper, ultra rare, retirement fund red line variety :)

Doesn't match any of my US Perfins.
I considered it perhaps a design rather than initials, however I see, what I think is part of an Ampersand, bottom right of your image.
