Well, since the USPS is not as regular with their catalog, I have been going to their webstore (for new items, SKU & price). I have been attempting to get the SKU for the new Alzheimer's semipostal products but only the stamp is listed ( like to get the FDC &DCP items as well). Because of the inability of trying to use the SEARCH mode (cannot enter) I tried to email them to ask for the information. Once I set in the info, when I try to send to next action...nothing. Relenting, I called the 800 # & opted for a call back. after 2-tries I finally got through to a very helpful person who provided the SKU for the FDC (DCP not available) and when I explained the issues with the website was advised that their techs were aware and working on resolving. These issues have been going on since 'black Friday'. Just a heads up..be patient....
