I spent a half hour today trying to up-date my account in order to sign in, it looks like they won't accept anything with my old email address. I do have one additional email account and tried using that, then got this message:
'An unhandled exception has occurred and the request was terminated. Please refresh the page. If the error persists, go back'
So I need to phone them next week just to get my credentials updated. While on the phone I may as well place my order, too. This is the second time in a few years Amos has done this- done a major overhaul of their website right at the Holidays. I will bet it will take days to get through to anyone there with all the calls they are getting about sign in issues.
Update, I was able to place my order and check out without creating an account. At least that's something..
Just tried to log in. None of my old email addresses work. Went to call, and they close from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch.
Website is an improvement visually. They're trying.
Now if they would just get with the program with a digital catalog.
I feel at this point, I'd be willing to subscribe to the catalog. But with the price of a full catalog being $540.00, I would think they'd probably want $40-$45 a month for that subscription, which is not something I am willing to pay.
