With the value of this stamp, I have to ask whether this is a good example or if anyone thinks the rouletting is suspect. I don't remember where I picked this one up, so I can't say anything about its provenance.

Here's the stamp:

Yes that's a nice, well-centered rouletted copy, in my opinion.

My thoughts exactly when I first saw it. Glad to hear someone else likes it as genuine, as well.

I've noticed you like Narcotics stamps. There was one book in the circuit I've got which had some nice ones in it. Unfortunately, that's an area which is even more sparsely populated in my collection than the playing card stamps... I know just enough about them to know I just don't know enough yet.

I hope to remedy that type of thing with an upcoming 375 page publication.

Looking forward to it!

One thing I've always tried to do it buy the books before the stamps. Something dedicated to that series would definitely find its way onto my library want list.

Here's one of the items in the circuit. RJA95b, MNH. Nice looking stamp. It's half catalog, too.

If you email me your email address, I'd be glad to send you some sample PDF pages to look over.

Jim,

I'd be interested to see how it's progressing as well.
