Keep pounding my head against the wall on this one. I believe it to be a type IV. Looks recut once at top? Also has 23 written on back. It's in pretty rough shape (Thins & sealed tear) but worth the $4

I looked it over and I found a good, possible match in Pos 43L1L.

It is a Type IV, and I think jaxom is correct on the plating. Not recut at bottom + shape and position of guide dot add up to 43L1L.
