Need Help In Identifying This Stamp

Hi,

I need a little help with this stamp:


My father keeps bugging me about getting an appraisal (he thinks it's worth a lot), but we can't even identify it.

All I know is it's arabic (by the look of it) and that it's pretty old (almost 100 years old my dad says).



I also have a pretty nice collection of other stamps I " inherited" when I moved into this house (the previous owner just left it a lot of stuff they didn't want anymore... including furniture, suits, toys, and this stamp collection).
I'm not even thinking of selling this collection (it's really nice, well organized into a book... somebody put a lot of passion into this), but I would like to know more about it. So maybe I'll put a few photos of this collection too (when I find it again around the house) if you guys want.

Yes, it's a fantasy stamp from 1922.
