Scott Standard Postage Stamp Catalog. It seems like it went to 2 volumes right after WW2

You could actually buy these as either one large volume, or two thinner volumes.

My 1947 Scott catalogue is the "Combined Edition", and is in one volume.

Cjd has a Scott 1969 "Combined Edition" - one very large volume.

Assuming the OP is questioning about a Scott CATALOG, I have the green 1955 edition which is one volume and just a hair under 3 inches thick. Check out ebay, they and other years are always available.
