I have a Scott 71 Blue 20c which is a Type II and not Type I.
It's perforations are 14x13.5.
Scott Catalog states: "No. 71 was never put into use. The reprints of No. 71 are Type II. They are imperforate or have forged perforation".

Scott felt mentioning it was important, so what does that mean?
Is it just a worthless forgery or does it have a rightful place in my album?

Chris
