hello,

I like this postcard where the author write (above "TARJETA") that those stamps are "very new". I don't have a catalogue for Argentina and didn't find the information at stampworld, as I am not sure if there are different versions of those stamps.

So my question just is: what is the date of issue of those stamps? (the cancel is August 1912)

Both SG and StampWorld seem to agree that these values were issued in 1911.

First issued from 4 December 1911 (with sun watermark) and 26 July 1912 (with honeycomb watermark). Some values apperared without watermark in 1915.

thank you both. As the sender seems to be interested in stamps with some knowledge, I suppose they are those issued in 1912. So it would be a use 3 weeks after issued, which is a nice item for me.
