I would greatly appreciate some guidance with determining private perforation on this pre-cancel. I believe this is Scott #575, with private perf, but after going through stamp smarter, and a few other guides, I'm still unable to determine if it is an international vending machine coil, schermack, or a test? And if I'm way off the mark on this, that would be very good to know. Thanks in advance for your guidance as I am a Newby.

Have you measured the perforations with a perforation gauge?

You might want to compare your stamp with this one:
