I don't collect covers, but came across this in my collection for the first time in years & took a closer look. Addressed to Col Charles Page Bryan at the State Dept. As it turns out, seems he was the younger brother of William Jennings Bryan.

From Alice Roosevelt daughter of President Theodore Roosevelt married to Nicholas Longworth later to become Speaker of the House. Married in the White House.
