Need help I have sg179 5 shilling claret stamp but it seems to have a printing error and I can't find it anywhere the bottom and left hand side are imperf with a couple of perfirations

The photo's grainy, but it looks as if the perforations - some if which remain - may have been lost when it was trimmed from a parcel.

Yes, scissor cut as Geoff suggested.
Still seeing this sort of thing on modern stamps,(self adhesives) persons cut too close to the perforations.
