Sc 785. There is also a carmine that is 784. They were issued for philatelic exhibitions. Yours, in May, 1948 for Shanghai. The other in March, for Nanjing.

Most of them belong to China, including China/Republic of China, People's republic of China(PRC) and liberated area, Manchukuo, etc. Some of them are from Japan.

They have stamps like that but dark green and carmine rose and they are from the Empire of China but I didn't see one like this colour
