Is there a website to determine value of worldwide stamps, mainly South Vietnam stamps?

If it's resale value, rather than a dealer price you're after, don't forget to reduce Stampworld's figures accordingly. For example, for pretty much all South Viet-Nam stamps, I'd multiply the Gibbons price by around 10% to arrive at what I might expect to pay in an auction. As Scott, in general, appears to price lower, you might use 20-30%.

There is no free lunch. Note their terms and conditions allow them to sell/disclose your email address and any other personal information to anyone they want (if I am understanding the incorrect English being used)
