I have this "cover" with the a pair of Scott # 840 prexies 1 1/2 cent with precancel gap. Is this worth anything? I know this is not a legit cover, but is this a gap pair?
It is unusual, but probably not worth more than the basic covr. It is not really ( technically ) a gap strip - the gap should be in the middle for that.
