Is This Scott U367? Seems Like There Is A Lot More Hair On This Stamp.

So this stamp looks like George has dread locks! Is is a double printing?

My opinion: Yes, U367. No, double impression.

Can you compare to another U367 please? The ones I have seen don't seem to match. By the neck curve there seems to be another strand of hair going on to the shoulder.

Here is another Die 101 (using the UPSS nomenclature for U367):

Here is the UPSS catalog's description for Die 101:

Die 101 Similar to Die 100 except
the hair (queue) is not tied with
ribbon, working dies vary from
loose to tightly tied hair.

Clearly your cut square was printed from a different working die than mine. However, both are U367.

Yes! Thanks I have several that look like yours but I have been searching for others like mine with no luck.
