When I sell a lot like this I weed out the obviously damaged ie piece missing or corner torn off. IMO the bad stamps catch the eye and make the whole lot look bad.
Thanks Don, I don't expect to get very much at all, but I am clearing out a lot of stamps I have but don't want or need to keep. At that price even though a lot are not good quality they would be a fun starter set for a new or young collector.
