Stampworld list two shades for this stamp, reddish purple and dark purple. I appreciate its not easy from a scan but I have nothing to compare.

It is difficult if not impossible to judge the color from a scan

Also the Michel catalogue lists 6 different colors. It is a minefield.

If you have a Michel color guide you have a good chance.

Nice full cancel

Johan is correct, but it looks more like reddish purple to me

Here's a snapshot of my album pages showing all 6 Michel varieties. All are expertized. It's difficult to compare across scanners, but maybe this will help. Click to enlarge.

picture of my selection of 5 colors that I have.

Not nearly as good an album page like PostmasterGS, but I am in the process of creating a new album.

Shown are colors a.b.c.e.and f. No d yet. I collect used.

The K description is part of my personal system it means Keur. Keur is Dutch for expertized(mostly Schulze).

Within the color types you will also find lighter and darker stamps. postmasters descriptions under the stamps already indicate this

The E stamp for instance is the darker shade
