Ok, I admit it - I am one of those guys that goes through hundreds of stamps looking for the impossible. Got excited several times only to discover upon closer examination that I didn't have the rare one. Well, this time I think I may have actually found something. Please let me know your opinions and let's see where this goes. If the majority agree, I will send it for grading and report the results here as well.

It is a Scott 206 and not Scott 145. It appears toned or stained, so it may have a gum problem. Perhaps it may not warrant a certificate.

@wtcrowe -- I hope not but still wouldn't be a bad find. I ruled out the 206 because the description says "The vertical lines in the upper part of the stamp have been so deepened that the background often appears to be solid".
