Double Transfer Of Ro62d.

This is RO62d showing the listed double transfer that was described by Richard Riley in the October, 1979 "THE AMERICAN REVENUER" where he describes the transfer as a type three. From the transfer on the stamp I have listed, I find the transfer to be a strong type two and possibly a type one for the younger eyes. Comments welcome.
