Found this booklet in a collection I picked up. I must be having catalog blindness since I can't find it in my Scott catalog.

I didn't scan the "inside" flap because I didn't want to bend the stamps that far. I'm assuming that there were only 4 stamps in the booklet? What was under the bottom 2 stamps? I'm assuming the stamp sheet was the same length as the cover & back?

That's a complete booklet. There was one pane per booklet, and that pane is complete.

The booklet catalogs in Michel as MH17 from 18 August 1972, with a cat value of €11.

Here's a pic. This gutter block is taken from the full printing sheet of the booklet stamp. The full sheet is 10 stamps wide by 11 fields (stamps and gutters) high. In other words, the sheet contained 20 booklet panes.

Here's what the full, uncut sheet booklet pane sheet looks like.
