These are neat. Produced by "The Indian Posts and Telegraphs Department" to commemorate the first 100 years of Indian stamps. One-sided pages with color images of the stamps. I don't know whether these were just supposed to be informational or used as stamp albums.
Leather bound, with gold embossing.
I disassembled one in order to be able to image all of the pages.
