When I was just starting collecting I had not much money to spend, so used stamps was what I could effort. I did look out for nice cancels. This is a page with some nice German Empire stamps/cancels.
Nice cancellations. I am also in the process of organizing my German cancellation collection. For the moment, as I go through duplicates, I am sorting out the clear cancels and putting them into a separate large envelope. Once I figure I have culled out all the cancels I want, then I will arrange them in alphabetical order into an album.
