Some Denmark Help, Please?

Can anyone fill in the missing characters atop this Danish postmark:
"...JYDSK UDS..." Below that it says "GRINDSTED" but I haven't been able to ID what that is in-or-near Grindsted.

Grindsted is the largest town in Billund province in Jutland.

Jydsk is the obsolete spelling of jysk, meaning Jutlandic.

There are a couple that could relate to a postmark:

Udstilling = exhibition

Udsende = send/sent?

It appears to have been cancelled at the Midtjydsk Udstilling (Mid-Jutlandic Exhibition), which was held in Grindsted from 11-28 June 1936.

Here's another postmark for you wizards. It should be easy, but I can't find anything in Google or FallingRain. Any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone point me to a listing of the Postcenters in Denmark? I've searched till I'm blue in the face, and have found nothing, unless I know the specific name of the center. Here is an example, which could be Zealand Falster, or something else entirely. With centralization of more and more postal functions, I'll be seeing lots of postcenter CXLs in the future.

Any help would be much appreciated.
