The Values List sold by PNC3 includes values for strips of 3 and 5 (and longer strips for issues with multiple designs), used singles, and PNCs on cover. There are no values for pairs or strips of 4. The listed values are median prices compiled from dealer price lists. In addition to basic PNCs as listed by Scott, the PNC3 Values List includes entries for many varieties not listed by Scott, such as die cut varieties, constant plate varieties, tagging varieties, and more. Understand that dealer prices are not available for every variety, but the Values List includes known varieties even if they can't be accurately priced.
