Horizontal Scroll Bar With Thumbnails Postal Stamps On Blogger?

Hi Members of this Forum.
I am a new member and I have just registered. I apologize in advance, in my bad English. English is not my mother tongue. I currently live in Croatia.
I do not have much knowledge about the quality of postal stamps and catalogs. I currently own the US Postal Stamp Catalog 1847-2005.
I will also try to track this forum for the information I need. Perhaps the postmark may change or ask for advice and information on US postal stamps. I am an amateur of philatelists and I have over 30 albums of collections of various countries of the world.

I ask for help or advice if any of the members of the forum can help.
I've created my blog on Blogger (uspostagestamps). On my blog I will continually scan and upload all of my US postal stamps (I have over 2000 pieces). Using Blog I will try to change my duplicate, postage stamps and so I want to fill out my collection. For now I upload over 60 topics.
Since I do not like the 'Theme blog', I'm interested in the following:

I want to have a horizontal scroll bar with thumbnails images below the post?
My goal is to visitor to quickly and easily view all thumbnails images and using a mouse click quickly open the desired page and view US postage stamp.

Is there anyone here, experience or advice (maybe some tutorial step by step and so on)?

If I'm right, this is some software to create a slider. After creating it, everything should be embedded in Blogger.
Am I right?

Yes, a slider is better for your blog since is it responsive; it will scale so users on smart phones can swipe with their fingers. They have very good help here http://wowslider.com/help
