Philatelic Sheets Of Paper For Stamps Album?

I do not know how to explain in English the professional terms relating to the philatelic.
I'll try to describe what I'm looking for.

I believe that experienced philatelists know that there are sheets of A4 paper, in which they find black and white pictures of postal stamps. On this sheet of papers insert stamps from the collection. The postal stamps are sorted by years and have a title/caption below the image.
These sheet of paper, insert it in the binder or pvc foil. Such papers can be created in Word or a specialized program. (or some free program application).

Where such sheets of paper can be obtained at what price (for US Postal Stamps)?

Johnc, are you talking about the mounts? They are not paper, but plastic and the back is either black or see-through'
