Completing the information: Yes, can be #650, Rouletted 14 1/2, Wmkd. 156 or #634, Rouletted 14 1/2, Unwmkd., you need to lift one stamp to see what variety is the correct. Both stamps were used between 1923-1936 +.

Genuine. This is of course the thick figures type with a dot after the "6". The "5" district number is for San Luis Potosi and this has a murky S.L.POTOSI district name struck as usual. One of the commoner districts/states so no premium here.
The forgeries seem to all have Hidalgo with crossed eyes. Here, he's got a thousand-yard stare and a tall upper lip. Now, there are postal forgeries made from genuine plates/stones, but no 6c from San Luis Potosi.
