My fifty stamp coil roll of the $2.50 stamp has the same red sun on every tenth stamp - positions 4, 14, 24, 34 and 44.

Can anyone confirm this with with their stamps.

There are also three stamps on the same roll with a darker red sun in the same position, but a different position from the sun variety described above. These are positions 27, 38, 47 and 48.

Additionally, three stamps have one or two prominent black dots which may be simply ink splatters. One has two dots that duplicated. Another has both a red sun and two dots (position 4).

It appears that every stamp on the four different From Far and Away coil rolls were printed with images slightly off-set. Perhaps related to the late deliveries - production problems. However none are severe enough to be considered varieties.

I have yet to fully check my $1.20 coil roll and $1.80 coil roll.

Edited to properly position words and images and two images changed.

I did check mine from strips of 10 as purchased from Canada Post, and I see none of the varieties.
