I have discovered a new test stamp.

It is red in color and is rouletted 11. The design size is 18.5 X 22.5 mm.

There are currently two known copies of this stamp. Both are without gum.

Hopefully the stamp will get listed in Scott one day.

Jim

They also received a patent in Great Britain on October 31, 1899. That patent number is 189921790A.

They formed the Klein Manufacturing Company to make and market their new device.
