Picked this up at auction and it was advertised as a Scott 15, Type IV. I am thinking Scott 33, Type III. Is it possible to tell from the photo that it may be IV? Unfortunately the bottom is cut off. Thanks for any help.

Doug

Can't be a 15, which is an imperforate stamp.

It is indeed a Type III, Scott #33. No way that it can be a Type IV, even if you plated it.
