Thank you for the info, Rod. Here is the list of the items I have found in the box... below is also a group of photos. I have found that is very hard to contact any public institution anywhere in the world (my apologies if Australia is different), but, if you would like to contact them and provide those info, please, feel free to do that in my name!
Also, these items are not connected to the WWI when he got the Victoria Cross, so I suppose that they are not interesting to the War Memorial. Maybe his letters and diary from the WWII can be interesting for the WWII researchers, but McNamara is mostly interesting as a WWI figure, and this items are not connecte to the period 1914-1918.

Handwritten list of retirement entitlements on back of brown envelope. This is a very interesting item as McNamara was irritated at the amount of severance he received from the Australian Government. Indeed it was the reason his VC was not returned to Australia after his death
