Design A10 3c Washington Without Frame Line On Left Side

This is, I believe, a design A10 type I 3c.
The thing I find interesting is the absence of the frame line at the left. On top and bottom, the lines are very well defined, while on the right side - not very much so. On the left side, well, it just isn't there
Does anyone have a similar one, please?

It's likely a Scott #11 printed from Plate 4. Your pic doesn't show very well.
