Finland's second "Birds" vending machine booklet was issued on April 22, 1992. 1.9 million of the booklets were produced. Booklet is Facit #HA 22. Stamps are Facit #s 1189-71.

The Republic of Artsakh has issued beautiful nature stamps since this region declared independence in 2017. The political situation is still rather complicated. But the eagles on their EUROPA stamps are beautiful. They are Sea Eagles or White-tailed Eagles (Haliaeetus albicilla) which tend to nest in big trees close to the waters in which they fish.

Another Sea Eagle on an EUROPA stamp. Haliaeetus albicilla in flight is bringing a catch home to a chick. The second stamp shows the Gyrfalcon (Falco rusticolus) in the dark phase. These falcons are so powerful that they can even attack geese!

Armenia, earlier including Artsakh, issued a bird stamp in 1994, the golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos); here he is sitting among juniper bushes.

The Bearded Vulture (Gypaetus barbatus) has been successfully reintroduced to many mountainous regions of Europe, but is still endangered. Adults feed mostly on bones, breaking big ones by dropping them on rocks. If a bird finds a deposit of colored mineral, it will color most of its white plumage.
