The Belgian artist and stamp designer Jean Van Noten designed many bird stamp sets, several of them, from Rwanda, Congo and Senegal, I already posted earlier in this thread. For Belgium, he designed only one set of bird set. The stamps were engraved by Leon Janssens (the bird figure only, the rest printed in photogravure), issued on June 23, 1963 and show bird from Antwerp zoo:
