Looking From Some Help With These Stamps

First, this Transjordan overprint seems to be spelled wrong ( Palestinne) or is it a double imprint giving the impression of being spelled wrong.
Second, the bars in the 1 fils over 1 mil seem to be in the wrong place compared to every other one I have of this set.
I have searched high and low and can find no catalogue listing as to what these are. I have someone interested in buying the lot however I can not put a fair value on these as I am unsure of what exactly they are. I put a scan as an example of one of the other stamps in the set (50 flis over 50 mils)

Also I have a red overprint double with one inverted, again unsure of value.

Please any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, they are forgeries done by somebody who doesn't know either Arabic or French.
In French it is 'Palestine' with a single 'n' and in Arabic it is:
